Stephen Henry is a director in the Restructuring practice, based in the Manchester office. He has more than 13 years of experience working in corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency.
Prior to joining Kroll, Stephen spent 10 years working in various roles within the corporate banking division of a high street bank. He previously completed a 12-month secondment with a boutique investment bank, dealing with complex property finance and restructuring.
Stephen has significant expertise in the provision of restructuring, refinancing and contingency planning solutions to company stakeholders, including banks, asset-based lenders, invoice discounters and fund managers.
His sector experience includes leisure and hospitality, aerospace, recruitment, manufacturing, engineering, retail and property.

Stephen led the financial restructuring of a key supplier to the aerospace industry in Northern Ireland and led the administration of a chain of 17 licensed public houses across the North West and Yorkshire, including a brewery. Stephen has led the restructuring of a number of hotel and leisure businesses in the UK.

Stephen has also handled a number of fixed charge receiverships, including the sale of a portfolio of 76 privately rented residential properties in Yorkshire.
