
Siobhan Forster is a senior director in the Data Insights and Forensics -Technical Disputes practice.
Siobhan leverages over nine years of experience providing IT consultancy and expert services to commercial and public bodies at all levels. Her experience ranges from providing onsite project management advisory to fitness-for-purpose assessments of IT systems within insurance and civil litigation claims. She specializes in measurement of programme/project performance (Waterfall, Agile and PRINCE2©), root-cause failure, delay analysis, and project management adequacy and best practice.
Prior to joining Kroll, Siobhan was an associate director at Blackrock Expert Services , which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Siobhan’s previous engagements include acting as a lead analyst on behalf of the claimants in “Alan Bates and Others v. Post Office Ltd” (Horizon Issues trial). She has also provided advisory and expert services pivotal to the settlement of many high-value, complex high court disputes and warranty and indeminity claims.
Siobhan holds a B.S. (Honours) in forensic computing. She also holds certification in IT Service Management and Agile Project Management. She is a Chartered IT professional of the British Computer Society and a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
