

Siobhan Forster is a director in the Data Insights and Forensics practice, based in Preston. She is a chartered IT professional with over eight years of experience in providing IT consultancy and expert services within major IT disputes. Her analysis is principally used to help prepare expert witness reports for use in high-value civil litigation claims alongside providing advisory services to commercial bodies and legal professionals at all levels.
Prior to joining Kroll, Siobhan was an associate director at IT Group, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Her expertise includes the measurement of program and project performance utilizing a variety of methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and PRINCE2©. She has provided consulting and expert services in relation to several IT projects and warranty and indemnity claims with particular experience dealing with root-cause failure, the analysis of delay, system fitness for purpose, project management adequacy and data design and infringement analysis.
Siobhan holds a B.S. (Honors) in forensic computing and an ITIL foundation certification in IT service management. Siobhan is also certified in Agile Project Management at Practitioner level.
She is a member of the British Computer Society and the Society for Computers and Law.
