Siobhan Forster is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in the Preston office. She is a chartered IT professional with over six years of experience in providing IT consultancy and expert services within major IT disputes. Her analysis is principally used to help prepare expert witness reports for use in high-value civil litigation claims alongside providing advisory services to commercial bodies and legal professionals at all levels.

Prior to joining Kroll, Siobhan was an associate director at IT Group, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.

Her expertise includes the forensic analysis of historic project material focusing on measuring program and project performance Siobhan’s specialisms include the forensic analysis of historic project material focussing on measuring programme and project performance within a variety of methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and PRINCE2©.

Siobhan holds a B.S. (Honors) in forensic computing and an ITIL foundation certification in IT service management.

She is a member of the British Computer Society and the Society for Computers and Law.
