Sinyee Koh joined Kroll (Duff & Phelps rebranded as Kroll in 2021)in January 2015 from Kinetic Partners.

Sinyee manages the Financial Services Compliance and Regulation practice in Singapore. She advises financial services firms on licensing and ongoing Singapore and cross-border regulatory requirements and reviews firms’ risk management, internal controls and compliance arrangements.

Before joining the firm, Sinyee practiced in the Hong Kong and London offices of a top City law firm. Her practice areas were contentious financial services regulation and white-collar investigations. From 2008 to 2014, Sinyee worked at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and has handled various roles including enforcement, investigating and prosecuting market abuse and mis-selling, and financial market strategy development.

Sinyee is admitted to practice law in Singapore, Hong Kong, England and New York. She also speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Japanese and French.

She is currently the Co-Deputy Chair of Singapore Regulatory Committee at the Alternative Investments Management Association (AIMA) for 2020-2021.
