Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in restructuring and has dealt with all aspects of insolvency from trading administrations through to Bankruptcy and Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) receiverships. She also specializes in solvent liquidations and corporate simplification matters across a wide range of industry sectors, particularly in the media and entertainment industry.

In her current role, Sarah forms part of the technical and compliance function and is responsible for maintaining and the continual development of technical, best practice and risk management standards that is applied to restructuring work that’s taken up and that supports the UK restructuring team to meet its regulatory obligations.

Prior to joining Kroll, Sarah was at Moorfields Advisory where she led the technical and compliance function and worked on assignments involving solvent liquidations.

She is a qualified insolvency practitioner and holds an LLB (Honors) law degree.
