Sandy Webster

Sandy Webster is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in London. Sandy leverages more than 17 years of construction and engineering experience in assisting property developers with the design, procurement and project management of residential and commercial projects in Europe and the UK. He has also assisted government clients with design, procurement, construction and project management of large-scale rail and aviation infrastructure projects in the Middle East and the UK.

Prior to joining Kroll, Sandy served as a director at Gardiner and Theobald, a project management specialist. Before that, he held the title of associate at Rise Management Consulting, a boutique construction project management consultancy.

In addition, Sandy was the civils delivery manager for Alstom, a global engineering company, managing a workforce of 200 employees. He has also held positions as project field engineer, NEC supervisor, lead civil engineer and site manager at Bechtel, a premier engineering, construction and project management company, working on various mega projects in the UK and overseas.

Sandy’s notable clients include Mayer Brown, Dentons, Eversheds Sutherlands and Devonshires, which he advised on project and construction management, and delay analysis for mixed-use, industrial, commercial, and health care projects.  He was appointed as the NEC supervisor expert for a major health care project in the UK.

Sandy holds a Master of Engineering in civil and architectural engineering from the University of Bath. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers since 2012. Additionally, he received a graduate diploma in law from the University of Law and completed the bar professional training course at City University. Sandy was called to the Bar in 2018 and is an unregistered barrister. In addition, he serves as a member of the Institution of Civil Engineer’s Alternative Dispute Resolution panel.
