Sam Wright

Managing Director

Sam Wright is a managing director in Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services group with expertise in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Based in New York, he has more than 25 years of transaction advisory experience.

Sam has performed numerous engagements in both domestic and international markets, leading financial accounting due diligence projects across industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, retail, distribution, consumer and business services. In addition to his significant middle-market experience, Sam has also worked on cross-border transactions valued at more than $2 billion.

Sam spent over12 years working at the Big Four, including PwC,  Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen in both New York and London.

Sam earned a B.S. magna cum laude, in accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
