
Rory O’Sullivan is a managing director at Kroll's Technology M&A practice (formerly Pagemill Partners), based in the London office. Rory leverages more than 20 years of experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory and corporate finance within the technology industry.
Prior to joining Kroll, Rory served as Managing Director at Bulger Partners, an independent, software-focused investment banking and advisory firm Bulger Partners. Before that, he served as Head of European M&A at Canaccord Genuity, providing a variety of advisory services (public and private company sell-side, buy-side, divestiture and private capital) to technology clients worldwide. Earlier in his career Rory spent six years at San Francisco-based Robertson Stephens, where he led European internet and communications investment banking.
Rory is an accomplished dealmaker. His expertise extends across enterprise software/SaaS, internet, information services, semiconductors and communication technology. His deal experience includes the completion of over 50 transactions totaling more than $5 billion in value.
Rory received an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in engineering and management studies from Trinity College, Cambridge.
