Rob has extensive experience valuing businesses and their underlying securities for tax, financial reporting and strategic planning purposes. He specializes in executing engagements for fairness opinions and solvency opinions and advising boards on valuation-related matters. Rob has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer products, consumer retail, financial services, professional services, telecommunications, technology and industrial products.
Rob has advised on a variety of public and private company transactions, including related-party transactions, spin-offs, dividend recapitalizations and GP-led secondary recapitalizations.
Rob holds an MBA in finance from Boston University School of Management and a B.S. in economics from the University of Michigan. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, and he is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York. He is also a FINRA-registered representative holding FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
