Paul Teuten

Paul Teuten is a managing director in the M&A Advisory practice, based in the London office. Paul leverages more than 25 years of valuation opinions and corporate finance experience in assisting European public companies and private equity portfolio companies with leading and executing transactions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Paul was a managing director at RSM EquiCo Capital Markets, a California based mid-market investment bank. Before that, he was a partner for six years in the corporate finance group at Ernst & Young in Birmingham and London, where he led a number of major M&A transactions for UK plc's and international groups. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Credit Commercial de France and Charterhouse Bank Ltd where he worked on a variety of corporate finance assignments ranging from privatizations to hostile takeovers and rights issues.
 
Paul has extensive expertise advising on complex cross-border transactions and carve outs in the UK, the United States and Asia. Paul also has strong industry experience with a particular focus on manufacturing industries and industrial technologies.

Paul received a B.A. in French and German from Exeter University. He is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and with Kroll, LLC, the FINRA-regulated U.S. broker-dealer, as a foreign associate broker-dealer and a Series 79 Representative. Paul is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
