Paul Nash is an associate managing director in Kroll’s Business Intelligence and Investigations practice, based in the London office. Paul has over 15 years’ experience undertaking global investigations into fraud and corruption allegations and leading anti-corruption compliance reviews for a wide range of clients. He has worked across several industries with specific expertise helping clients operating in the life sciences, oil and gas, and mining sectors.
Paul started his career in the Royal Air Force Security Squadron, investigating allegations of crime in the UK and the Middle East. He continued working for the UK Government as a Financial Investigator in a specialist Anti Money Laundering Unit, investigating cases predicated by tax evasion using the Proceeds of Crime Act.
Prior to joining Kroll, Paul worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Forensic Services team, where he developed extensive experience carrying out multi-jurisdiction fraud investigations and anti-corruption reviews. He acquired particular experience working across the Middle East and Africa, including an 18-month anti-corruption review and investigation in the Middle East for a global engineering and construction group.
Paul is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant and a Certified Counter Fraud Specialist, and he has delivered several presentations on the UK Bribery Act and enforcement trends to external audiences.
