He’s responsible for environmental, health and safety services in the Technical Services Department, providing real estate sales procedures focused on technical tasks, environmental due diligence – phase 1 and 2, environmental and safety risk assessment and environmental engineering.
He has over 14 years of experience in real estate services with expertise in assessing the environmental liabilities relevant to the sale or acquisition processes of real estate portfolios (over 100 assets) for banks, real estate funds, insurance companies and property firms.
Paolo gained environmental due diligence experience in European countries such as Romania, Bulgaria and Germany, and also worked with foreign investors in Italy.
He is a graduate in environmental sciences from the University of Milano-Bicocca.
