He has extensive experience advising financial sponsors, public and private companies and their boards of directors on various corporate transactions including recapitalizations, capital raising, spinoff transactions, related-party transactions and M&A transactions.

Panos has advised clients across a wide range of industries including industrials, technology, healthcare, energy and consumer, among others. He has executed engagements for corporations including Yum! Brands, IAC/InterActiveCorp, McAfee, Sport Chalet, and Teradyne, and private equity groups including Thoma Bravo, ZelnickMedia Corporation, KKR, Hellman & Friedman and Vista Equity Partners.
Panos received an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in business administration from the University of Piraeus, Greece. He is a FINRA registered representative and holds the FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses. Panos served in the Greek army as a sub-lieutenant. He is also a licensed private pilot who enjoys flying during his free time.
