Based in New York, Palak has over 20 years of experience building data, software and analytics solutions for both the public and private capital markets.

Prior to Kroll, Palak was the Chief Revenue Officer at S3 Partners and led their enterprise data and platform strategy. He spent 12 years at Bloomberg supporting the advancement and commercialization of various Bloomberg platforms. He managed Bloomberg AIM asset and investment manager, the world’s most widely used investment management platform. In addition, he also led product for EMSX & TSOX, the most highly adopted trading platforms for the global financial markets.

Prior to Bloomberg, Palak was a product manager at the International Securities Exchange, the first fully electronic U.S. options exchange. He worked on critical exchange functionality and played a role in launching ISE’s market data business.

Palak has a strong track record in launching and growing innovative enterprise and SaaS products for the institutional investment management industry. He’s experienced in leading high-performing teams from startups to high-growth and mature businesses.

Palak is on the board of directors for Navigators USA, an alternative scouting program promoting diversity and inclusion.

He has a bachelor's degree in e-commerce from the School of Computer Science at DePaul University.
