
Nicolas Depardieu is a managing director at Kroll's Technology M&A practice (formerly Pagemill Partners), based in the Paris office. He has over 10 years of corporate finance experience with particular expertise in M&A advisory and capital and debt restructuring in the consumer, retail tech and IT services sectors. Nicolas focuses on driving the firm’s European Technology M&A Advisory practice in France, with a concentration on digital media, IT services, ecommerce, software, telecom and technology.
Prior to joining Pagemill Partners, Nicolas was a Partner at Drake Star Partners where he was responsible for advising technology clients on buy- and sell-side M&A, fundraising and debt refinancing. Before that, Nicolas worked as a strategic advisor for Origins Capital Partners. He started his career at DC Advisory (formerly known as Close Brothers) in Paris, where he worked on several M&A transactions in a variety of sectors and on a EUR 100 million refinancing for a private equity firm’s portfolio company.
During his career, Nicolas has completed several high-profile transactions. His notable deals include advising Orange on its sale of FIME to Chequers Capital; Astellia on its sale to EXFO; Addict Mobile on its acquisition by Digital Virgo; Trescal on its acquisition of A+ Métrologie; blue-infinity on its sale to Dentsu Aegis Network; Re-Mind on its sale to Omnicom Media Group; and ReviewPro on its sale to Shiji.
Nicolas received a degree in finance from Lyon Graduate School of Management and a MSc in cellular biology and physiology from Paris VII, Denis Diderot University.
