

Nick Collins is a managing director in the Silicon Valley office M&A Advisory practice. He has more than 12 years of experience in financial services.
Nick’s clients include publicly traded, private equity sponsored and venture-backed companies as well as large family owned businesses. His execution experience includes a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance engagements, including sell-side and buy-side advisory, leveraged buyout, recapitalization and capital raise assignments. Notable M&A assignments include the sale of MicroSun Technologies to Inventus Power and the sale of SuperStroke USA to EG Capital Group.
Prior to joining Kroll, Nick worked at Wells Fargo Securities in Chicago as an investment banker focusing on middle-market M&A as well as debt and equity capital raising assignments. His experience also includes working in Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group in San Francisco.
Nick received his BS in Economics and Journalism from Northwestern University and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
