Natalie has almost 20 years of transaction advisory experience leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and focusing on performing quality of earnings and net working capital assessments, preparing pro-forma financial statements, performing profitability and bridging analyses, and evaluating financial reporting infrastructures. Her experience includes projects from a variety of industries including healthcare and life sciences, consumer and industrial products, business services, technology, manufacturing and distribution, and logistics.
Natalie spent the last 11 years at CohnReznick’s Transactional Advisory Services practice based in the Los Angeles office, becoming a partner in 2020. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Natalie spent almost seven years as a director in the West Coast transaction advisory practice of Kroll. She began her career as an assistant controller at a family-owned manufacturing company in Los Angeles and later served as a senior associate in the audit and assurance practice of McGladrey LLP. While there, she audited both public and private companies and managed the IPO process for a regional software company, assisting them in becoming a member of NASDAQ.
Natalie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Studies and Accounting from California State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Corporate Growth/Los Angeles Chapter.
Natalie was named among the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2018 and 2020 Women of Influence in Accounting.
