Meade leverages over 35 years of experience in forensic, formal and informal insolvency, receivership and restructuring appointments globally. His experience has included being appointed by Courts as Liquidator on behalf of lenders, financiers, secured and unsecured creditors, investors and other interested stakeholders.

Meade’s appointments often have a cross border focus, including appointments as a Receiver of a major hotel property in the BVI and cross border appointments involving the recovery of racing cars and fraudulent transfers that included jurisdictions as Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom, Russia and Cyprus.

Meade’s audit background, international experience as managing director of PwC BVI, experience as Deputy Financial Secretary in the BVI Ministry of Finance and Acting Permanent Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Office for the Government of the BVI means that he is well positioned to establish and implement solutions to complex cross border matters.

Meade is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Pace University. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in the BVI and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
