Mariah has worked on many of the most complex restructuring matters filed since 2002. Her hands-on experience gained by supporting these matters, along with her vast operational background, enables her to provide bespoke solutions for Kroll’s clients.
In the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico case, she led the creation of the industry's first external centers for claims, ballots, and document submissions throughout Puerto Rico, a process commended by the Title III District Judge. After the highly successful execution in Puerto Rico, she oversaw the implementation of claims and document intake centers across Northern California.
Mariah has made significant contributions to the implementation of robust quality assurance measures in connection with physical and electronic claims and document processing logistics. She works closely with the product development and technical teams to design creative custom solutions and enhance current service offerings to meet ever-evolving client requirements.
Prior to joining Kroll, Mariah served as the senior manager of Operations for Epiq’s Chapter 11 restructuring division.
