Luvy leverages nearly 15 years of experience in insolvency, restructuring, fund solutions, auditing and risk management, with a proven track record in cross-border projects across the African, Indian, APAC, European and UK markets.
He specializes in guiding stakeholders through the offshore jurisdiction of Mauritius, offering strategic advice to banks, financial institutions, funds and legal firms, with a strong emphasis on cross-border activity between Africa and India.
Prior to joining Kroll, Luvy gained broad experience in insolvency and restructuring across diverse sectors and jurisdictions. He acted as an administrator and led the wind down of a USD218 million Mauritian-domiciled, African-focused fund with investments in financial services, mining and telecommunications. He was appointed as Engagement Lead of a Mauritian-headquartered gas exploration company with drilling operations in Kenya.
Luvy is a licensed insolvency practitioner in Mauritius and a qualified Chartered Accountant and is fluent in English, French, Creole and conversant in Hindi.
