Senior Director

Lucy Egginton is a senior director in the Restructuring practice, based in the London office. She leverages over 10 years of experience in corporate recovery. Her experience spans across diverse sectors, including leisure, financial services, property and recruitment.

Throughout her career with Kroll, Lucy has extensively handled mid-market corporate restructuring, working with companies and their lenders through insolvency processes. She has also worked on investigation and asset recovery cases on behalf of insolvent companies against third parties.

Lucy also prepared and obtained approval of several company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) in sectors as diverse as professional services, consumer products, property and leisure. She briefly worked with the Restructuring team at Kroll from 2007 to 2008 as part of her year out from university.

Her notable engagements include working alongside the management team of Sands Heritage, the operator of the Dreamland amusement park in Margate, Kent, to carry out an operational and financial turnaround; this led to the amusement park securing £34 million of investment and redeveloping the park.

Lucy is a chartered accountant and a qualified insolvency practitioner. She holds a degree in management sciences from Loughborough University.
