
Lexi Boyes is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in London. Lexi is a chartered accountant, leveraging over 10 years of experience assisting experts with expert evidence and advice.
She has worked on a wide variety of litigation, arbitration and ADR engagements across a number of sectors. These engagements include forensic cases involving loss of profits, valuation, post M&A transaction disputes, professional negligence and warranty claims.
Lexi has also worked with private clients and companies in the assessment of damages across a wide range of industries, including energy and resources, telecommunications, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, media and construction, in the context of both litigation and international arbitration proceedings, along with expert determinations and providing pre-dispute and ad hoc advice.
Lexi started her career in the forensic practice of an international accounting firm, where she qualified as a chartered accountant. She then moved to a boutique advisory firm, splitting her time between dispute work and transaction advisory work, where she advised on multiple transactions from less than £ 10 million to over £ 12 billion.
Lexi holds a BSc in Management from Warwick Business School, Warwick University. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Prior to joining Kroll, Lexi worked at Haberman Ilett, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
