Specializing in corporate simplification, Lara works alongside clients to help them streamline their groups’ structures, manage risks, avoid unnecessary costs and enhance operational efficiency. She has worked with a variety of clients and stakeholders—from owner-managed businesses to multinational conglomerates—across a broad range of industries, including financial services, public sector, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality and energy.

Lara assists clients by managing the solvent wind down of businesses to facilitate their exit from the UK. She also assists in planning and delivering large-scale legal entity rationalization projects to simplify corporate structures and in extracting value and returning capital to shareholders tax efficiently via a statutory solvent liquidation process.

Prior to joining Kroll, Lara worked at Teneo and, before that, at Deloitte.

Lara holds a bachelor's degree in English literature from the University of Warwick, and she is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
