Kimberly Bindra is Chief Marketing Officer at Kroll and a member of the firm’s management committee. Throughout her nearly 25 years of experience in marketing and financial services, Kim has been recognized for building and scaling strategic operations that drive commercial growth. She has deep experience in the areas of digital and business transformation, brand management and organizational change.
Prior to this role, Kim was Head of Integrated Marketing for the firm, overseeing brand and creative services, digital systems and channels and marketing data and analytics. Kim led the global advertising and integrated marketing efforts for Duff & Phelps’ brand transition to Kroll in 2021. Earlier, Kim oversaw the development of the firm’s marketing center of excellence in Mumbai, including the creation of its in-house digital, analytics, creative and other integrated marketing capabilities.
Prior to joining Kroll in 2012, Kim held various marketing roles in the U.S. and UK for American Express, JPMorgan and fintech startup, SecondMarket, Inc. She is a frequent speaker at marketing conferences and has served as an executive board member of the Financial Communications Society.
Kim holds an MBA in marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University. She holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses.
