

Kevin Katz is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the New York office. He leverages more than 20 years of experience managing business transactions assisting both private equity and strategic buyers (i.e. public and private) in manufacturing, industrial products, consumer products, media and entertainment.
Prior to joining Kroll, Kevin served as a director in the Transaction Advisory Services Practice of Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting. Before that, he held the title of senior manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Practice at Ernst & Young. Earlier in his career he was as a manager at Arthur Andersen.
In addition to buy-side due diligence, Kevin has led numerous sell-side due diligence engagements in recent years for both private equity and strategic clients. Kevin received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Albany. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.
