Katia Reggabi

Katia Reggabi is a director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the Paris office. She has advised on numerous buy- and sell-side due diligence assignments in France and internationally for a wide range of clients including corporates, private equity and owner-managed businesses.

Katia advises on both strategic and private equity buyers in a wide array of sectors, including transportation, oil and gas, IT services, telecommunications and digital. Some of her previous clients have included Total, Alstom, Orange and La Poste.

Prior to joining Kroll, Katia was a manager at Mazars where she was involved in various complex due diligence processes, notably dealing with carve-out issues. Katia graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (X) and Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (ENSAE).
