Katia Reggabi is a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the Paris office. She has advised on numerous buy- and sell-side due diligence assignments in France and internationally for a wide range of clients including corporates, private equity and owner-managed businesses.

Katia advises on both strategic and private equity buyers in a wide array of sectors, including energy, mining & industrials as well as digital. Some of her previous clients have included TotalEnergies, Air Liquide, Engie, Rio Tinto and La Poste.

Prior to joining Kroll, Katia was a manager at Mazars where she was involved in various complex due diligence processes, notably dealing with carve-out issues.

Katia graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (X) and Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (ENSAE).
