Prior to joining Kroll, Josh served as the vice president of corporate development at Colford Capital, a specialty finance-focused private equity firm, where he evaluated acquisition opportunities and analyzed and implemented strategies to streamline and reduce costs for existing investments.
Josh began his career as an analyst at the CIT Group and was responsible for evaluating collateral for a portfolio of lending investments. Prior to attending business school, Josh was a vice president at D.B. Zwirn & Company, a global multi-strategy hedge fund in New York, where he managed the Structured Finance Group.
Josh graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Arts in history. He holds an MBA from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
