
Jochem Quaak joined Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in 2004. He is a managing director in Kroll's Amsterdam office and part of the firm's global Financial Reporting practice. Jochem has more than 13 years of experience in providing valuation services to both national and multinational companies.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Jochem was an assistant director in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Corporate Finance group in the Netherlands, performing valuation services and strategy consulting for various industries. He has expertise in purchase price allocations and asset valuations for financial reporting purposes (IFRS and US GAAP), asset and goodwill impairments, equity and asset valuations for tax purposes, fairness opinions, portfolio valuation for professional investors and shareholder value management. Jochem specializes in engagements for the consumer products, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries.
Jochem received a MSc. in economics from Tilburg University in the Netherlands and a master's degree in finance from the London Business School in the United Kingdom.
