Jitesh leverages more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, valuing and advising across all asset classes for numerous clients, including corporate firms, private equity firms, pension funds, developers and public sector bodies, throughout the UK and Europe. In addition to generic commercial and residential property valuations, his areas of expertise include hospitality and industrial facilities.

Jitesh’s work includes valuation and consulting for financial reporting purposes under IFRS, transaction opinions and investment property portfolio tracking for assurance testing; insurance replacement cost assessments and risk appraisal services.

Prior to joining Kroll, Jitesh was a director in the Transactions team at BNP Paribas RE. In this role, he was responsible for developing in-house appraisal models and valuing various schemes across the UK, ranging from forward funding income strips to PRS and student letting schemes. Before that, he was a director in the Corporate Real Estate division at Capita Real Estate, where he was involved in various projects, which included sale and leaseback transactions, surplus property portfolio disposals, HQ relocation advice and project managing of property portfolio outsource deals.

Jitesh holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and management from the University of London. He also holds a Master of Science in real estate investment from Cass Business School in the UK.
