Jennifer Terrell is a director in the Fairness and Solvency Opinions practice, based in the Chicago office. She has experience executing engagements for fairness opinions, solvency opinions, ESOP/ERISA advisory, board advisory and commercially reasonable debt opinions.
Jennifer has executed numerous fairness and solvency opinions and business valuation engagements for a variety of public and private company transactions, including related-party transactions, spin-offs, ESOP transactions and dividend recaps.
Jennifer’s representative clients include a broad range of industries, including industrial, healthcare, real estate, consumer products, consumer retail, manufacturing and infrastructure and financial services. Jennifer has executed engagements for corporate clients including Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Broad Street Realty, LLC, Industrial Properties Trust Inc., Chatham Financial Corporation, Baxter International, Aon Corporation, ADT Inc., DuPont de Nemours, Inc., Johnson Controls International plc, Southwire Company, LLC, Velcro Industries, Hostess Brands, Eileen Fisher, H&R Block, Xerox, WestRock, ConAgra, Rockwood Holdings, Inc., Follett Corporation, National HealthCare, Wawa Inc., and Spectrum Brands Holdings Inc., and for private equity clients, including TPG, KKR, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Victory Park Capital, Wind Point Partners, Northwestern Mutual, Madison Industries and Alpine Investors.
Jennifer received an MBA in Accounting with a concentration in financial analysis from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a B.A. in accounting from Indiana University. She is a FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 registered representative.
