Jeff leverages more than 10 years of experience as a cyber security analyst leading the Customer Operations Group, which assists clients with their managed endpoint detection and incident response.
Prior to joining Kroll, Jeff served as an information security analyst at Allete, an energy supplier. Before that, he held the title of energy program manager at the North Dakota Department of Commerce and was responsible for multiple federal energy grant programs and cyber risk assessments.
Jeff received a M.S. in information security and assurance from Capella University, a B.S. in computer science from the United States Naval Academy and holds several cyber security certifications, including GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
