Janos Renz-Hotz is a Managing Director in the Private Capital Markets practice in Kroll Digital Solutions and leads the commercialization and product strategy, based in New York. Janos has more than 15 years of experience building large-scale technologies to assist clients in combining structured and unstructured datasets into workflows and insights.

Prior to Kroll, Janos served as Global Head of Product of Integrated Compliance & Analytics at Bloomberg. Before that, he was Global Head of Product for Bloomberg BTCA, the world’s pre-eminent best execution and TCA platform, helping clients with the transition to MiFID2. Janos has also held trading roles at IG Markets and investment banking roles at Citigroup.

Janos received a Master of Management from Bayes Business School (formerly CASS Business School). He also holds a B.Sc. in computer science, and he is an SII chartered member.
