

Jacob Rapp is a managing director in the M&A Advisory practice at Kroll and is based in the Chicago office. He has been with the firm since 2010.
Jacob focuses on the Diversified Industrials and Business Services sectors, working primarily with family-owned businesses and private equity clients on sell-side M&A and capital raise transactions. He has assisted with the successful sale or recapitalization of more than 15 middle-market businesses during his investment banking career, representing more than $1 billion of enterprise value.
Prior to joining Kroll, Jacob worked for State Farm Insurance and Financial Services.
Jacob earned his MS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his BS in Finance from Webster University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative, holding the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Chicago and the Association for Corporate Growth.
