Jackson is primarily focused on portfolio and net asset valuation for leading real estate investment firms, private equity firms and hedge funds. Additionally, his experience includes purchase price allocation, real property fair value options valuation, appraisals, feasibility studies and market studies. He has also worked on numerous multidisciplinary valuation engagements throughout Canada, the U.S., Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.
Jackson has executed engagements across all property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial warehouse/flex space, seniors housing, net lease and hotels. In addition, he provides positive assurance for equity, preferred equity and debt investments in Europe, the U.S. and the UK.
Jackson holds a BBA in real estate from the University of Georgia. He is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island and South Carolina. He has also completed a program in Candidate for Designation from the Appraisal Institute.
