Managing Director

Jack Rotundo is a Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the London office.

Jack has more than 17 years of transaction experience advising private equity, lenders, and strategic clients.

Jack supports clients with extensive financial analysis throughout the deal cycle, including leading buy-side due diligence and execution, post deal support, performance improvement, and sell-side due diligence. His expertise extends across several sectors including technology, industrial products, business services, healthcare and consumer products.

Prior to joining Kroll’s London-based practice in 2019, Jack worked in Kroll’s New York practice for 12 years.

Jack has an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management and BS in Finance and Accounting from Boston College. Jack is a Certified Public Accountant.
