Issac Tang is a Director in the Restructuring practice, based in Hong Kong.

Issac has over 14 years of experience in corporate insolvency, receivership, forensic, investigations and litigation support, financial reviews, valuations and estate management. His extensive experience stretches across numerous jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, PRC, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, the Cayman Islands, the BVI, the UK, the U.S. and internationally.

Issac is a registered Insolvency Practitioner with the Official Receiver’s Office in Hong Kong. His experience has spanned a range of industries, including real estate, scrap metal trading, forestry and cryptocurrencies. Issac is specialized in asset tracing and realization, audit and professional negligence, bankruptcy, forensic investigation, liquidation, receivership, and shareholder disputes and valuation. His recent assignments in receivership and liquidation involve securing and realizing assets, analyzing financial and operational affairs of companies, and securing control and management of assets. Issac was seconded to the Cayman Islands and the BVI for a year, where he undertook a series of high-profile and complex cross-border assignments.

Issac holds a Bachelor of Science in international business from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. He also holds a Master of Science in finance and investment from Durham University, United Kingdom.

Issac is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty, and he is also a Registered Insolvency Practitioner with the Official Receiver’s Office in Hong Kong. He had gained Specialist qualification in insolvency, SQ (Insolvency), awarded by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Issac speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
