
Isaac Wong is a senior vice president in Kroll Cyber Risk, based in Hong Kong. Isaac leverages over 12 years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, litigation support, forensic technology and project management, having worked across Australia, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Kroll, Isaac served as Senior eDiscovery Specialist at a cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX in their Security Investigations team, responsible for the litigation support and digital forensics. Before that, he held roles in law firms and consulting firms such as Linklaters, Allen & Overy, Alvarez & Marsal and Control Risks, where his focus was on litigation support projects for regulatory and corporate investigations, cross-border litigation and arbitration, and offshore disputes.
During his time at Linklaters, Isaac was the Asia Litigation Support and Legal Technology Lead in the region, consulting, managing and delivering on projects across both contentious and non-contentious matters. He worked closely with the legal disputes and investigation teams on regulatory investigations involving the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong and the FCA in the UK.
At Alvarez & Marsal, Isaac led numerous forensic technology projects and engagements involving forensic data collection, data processing, document review management and review support across multiple jurisdictions in Asia and globally. He worked on matters involving employee misconduct, financial misconduct, whistleblower investigations, insider trading, fraud, corruption and bribery.
At Control Risks, Isaac managed review projects for corporate and law firm clients. He worked on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, SFC investigations and China state secret reviews.
At Allen & Overy, Isaac focused on data processing, document review management and production of data for regulatory bodies such as the UK’s Serious Fraud Office and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Isaac holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies from the University of Melbourne. He is also a Relativity Certified Administrator.
