Imran Jaswal is a managing director in the Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Information Management and Governance practice. Imran has 20+ years of legal and management consulting experience, focusing on complex business transformations and strategic initiatives to manage information, enhance performance and reduce costs. Imran is dedicated to ensuring client success through building deep and trusted relationships, providing honest and pragmatic advice and delivering excellence to every client. Imran specializes in Intellectual Property Management, having assisted some of the world’s most prolific technology patent filers drive enhanced portfolio quality whilst significantly reducing costs.

Imran joined Kroll, as part of the acquisition of Tregin Solutions, where he was a founding member. Prior to Tregin, Imran was a member of the Advisory team at Huron Legal, and before that a commercial litigator for a top 100 national law firm based in the United Kingdom.

Imran holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from College of Law in Guildford, UK and a Bachelor of Law (Honors) from University of Wales, UK. He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and a Licensed New York Attorney. Imran is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Technology Committee of California Western School of Law in San Diego.
