Hassan leverages more than 15 years of financial restructuring, debt advisory, M&A and private placement experience, assisting companies, lenders, and private equity and venture capital firms.

Hassan's diverse sector experience includes telecom, media, technology, fintech, blockchain, health care and property technology. He has worked on transactions of varying sizes across Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council and the UK.

Prior to joining Kroll, Hassan served as Investment Director at Cornerstone Capital. Before that, he held the title of Associate Director at EY within the Corporate Finance team. Hassan has also held investment banking-related positions at PwC and Gleacher Shacklock.

Having worked at tier one organizations in the UK and the United Arab Emirates, Hassan has developed exceptional experience in restructuring and investment banking, private equity and venture capital. He has extensive experience delivering complex transactions working across the complete transaction lifecycle from origination to structuring, deal execution, negotiation and completion.

Hassan holds a master’s degree in communications engineering from the University of Birmingham. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He also holds a Level 3 Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
