Kroll

Greg Pollock is a director in the Restructuring practice, based in the London office. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency.

Prior to joining Kroll, Greg worked at Grant Thornton for 14 years where he gained experience in formal insolvencies and fraud investigation assignments.

Greg has experience in mid-market corporate insolvency across various sectors and in both formal insolvency processes (principally administrations and liquidations) and contingency planning advisory assignments. During his career, Greg has also been involved in complex investigation and asset recovery work on behalf of insolvent companies against third parties to recover funds owed to funders and creditors.

Over the past 18 months, Greg has worked alongside Eddie Bines in providing Corporate Simplification advice to our clients, including: planning and delivery of solvent liquidation (MVL) processes to return funds to creditors and shareholders, and managing the wind down of businesses and entities prior to elimination.

At Kroll, Greg provides clients with corporate simplification advice, including planning and delivering solvent liquidation (MVL) processes to return funds to creditors and shareholders, and managing the wind-down of businesses and entities prior to elimination.

Greg is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
