Greg Pollock

Greg Pollock is a director in the Restructuring practice, based in London.

Greg leverages more than 22 years of experience in corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency. Over the past five years he has operated within Kroll’s Corporate Simplification team to assist in developing the service line within a growing team.

At Kroll, Greg specializes in working alongside corporates of all shapes and sizes in a collaborative way to deliver corporate simplification advice and guidance, which includes:

  • Delivering simplified group structures to large global and UK corporates, by leading or supporting existing internal initiatives, through the elimination of redundant entities/structures
  • Managing the wind down of businesses and entities prior to elimination
  • Planning and implementation of solvent liquidation (MVL) processes to return capital to shareholders in a tax efficient way.

Prior to joining Kroll, Greg worked at Grant Thornton for 14 years. During his first four years at Kroll and within his previous role, he gained experience in mid-market formal insolvency work (principally administrations and liquidations), contingency planning and advisory assignments. He has also been involved in complex investigation and asset recovery work, principally within the regulated financial services sector, to recover monies for investors, creditors and funders.

Greg is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
