Prior to joining Kroll, Gary was Director Healthcare at global cost and project management consultancy Linesight, leading the specialist healthcare division within the organisation.

Gary’s experience includes contracting and consulting in Ireland, the UK and the Benelux region on both public and private projects. His project experience includes contracts procured using a range of procurement options, including traditional, design and build, turnkey and Public Private Partnership / Private Finance Initiative, emphasis with a focus on the delivery of complex health care projects. He has extensive experience of the Irish Public Works suite of contracts, which includes the New Children’s Hospital and National Maternity Hospital projects. Gary has also supported experts on delay, disruption and quantum matters and the development of expert analysis in dispute resolution.

Gary holds an LLB from the University of West London. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
