Francois Moller

Francois Moller is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in Los Angeles.

Francois leverages more than 15 years of professional experience managing business transactions, assisting both private equity and strategic buyers (public and private) with buy-side and sell-side advisory. He has supported clients in a wide array of industries, including manufacturing, industrial products, consumer products, retail, financial services, health care, technology and business services.

Prior to joining Kroll, Francois served as a partner in the Transaction Advisory practice of Withum. Before that, he held the title of Director of Corporate Development at a portfolio company of a private equity fund, and he has also served as Director in the Deal Advisory practice at KPMG. Earlier in his career, he was a manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Francois holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also holds a B.Com. (Hons) in accounting from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Stellenbosch University. He is a CFA charter holder and a Chartered Accountant (South Africa).
