Francisco leverages several years of experience in corporate finance, focusing on investment analysis and valuation of businesses and companies. He has performed business valuations and intangible asset valuations for clients across various industries, including food and beverage, energy, infrastructure and telecommunications, based in Europe, Latin America and Africa.

Prior to joining Kroll, Francisco worked in the Corporate Finance department of a large construction company in Latin America, focusing on project finance for large infrastructure projects, investment analysis and valuation, and financial planning and reporting. He also worked in the finance and strategy departments of companies in the telecommunications and the pulp and paper industries.

Francisco has extensive valuation experience assisting clients with financial reporting, valuation of intangibles assets, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, impairments tests, tax valuations, elaboration and analysis of business plans, and financial modeling.

Francisco holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He also received a master’s degree in finance from INSPER São Paulo and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of São Paulo.
