Elmer Ramos

In addition, Elmer serves as Head of Product Management. He leverages more than 20 years of product management and digital strategy experience in providing prominent companies with top-notch technological solutions. 

Prior to joining Kroll, Elmer served as Senior Product Manager and Digital Strategist at Fiserv, a global technology provider serving the financial services industry. During this time, he partnered with Pivotal Labs to design a new credit card online access platform—a project that positively impacted over 3,000 business clients and an astounding 20 million users throughout Canada, Brazil and the U.S.

Before Fiserv, Elmer was Product Manager at Wolters Kluwer, an information services and solutions firm, where he spearheaded projects that led to the creation of an innovative robotic automation process and document management system. In this same position, Elmer launched a fresh customer self-service portal experience to streamline company flow.

Elmer holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University.
