Ed leverages more than seven years of cyber experience in assisting critical national infrastructure organizations, multinational corporations and others to improve their cyber resilience. At Kroll, he is engaged in the board-level advisory programs, developing Kroll’s cyber security (Mergers and Acquisitions) M&A services for EMEA and acting as a virtual CISO. Ed is also regularly involved in data protection, GDPR and HIPAA assessments.
Prior to joining Kroll, Ed served as a cyber security consultant for M&A activity at PwC. Before that, he was the information security officer for a FTSE 100 manufacturing organization.
Ed holds a master’s degree in international law from the University of Bristol and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Winchester. He also holds an ISO 27001 Lead Implementor qualification, a Certificate in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) and multiple vendor-specific certifications.
