Associate Managing Director

Dave Wagner is an associate managing director in the Cyber Risk practice, based in Nashville. In addition, he serves as the head of the response operations team in cyber managed services.

Dave has more than 20 years of both technical and IT leadership experience in information security and IT infrastructure. He leverages this experience in assisting managed detection and response customers with incident response.

Prior to joining Kroll, Dave served on the administrative staff at Lipscomb University. At Lipscomb, he was responsible for management of multiple IT teams and technical projects. Dave oversaw the information security program as well as IT infrastructure and operations. He initially served as director of information security and infrastructure, then later as deputy CIO. Before that, he held the title of security analyst at Volunteer Corporate Credit Union.

Dave received a B.S. in computer information systems and a master’s degree in Biblical studies from Lipscomb University. He also holds qualifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA).
