David specializes in forensic construction programming and delay analysis and has been engaged in a variety of projects including onshore and offshore oil and gas, offshore renewables, rail facilities, transport infrastructure, airports and commercial developments.
Prior to joining Kroll, David was an associate director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
David commenced his career as a geotechnical specialist, leading research projects at Cambridge and Oxford universities. He subsequently acquired significant practical experience in all stages of the project life cycle, from tendering and design to construction, supervision and project management, throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. David now applies his experience and knowledge in the dispute resolution fields of international arbitration and adjudication.
David is a Chartered Engineer, with a civil engineering degree from University College Dublin, a M.S. in geotechnical engineering from Imperial College London and a M.S. in construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London.
