Dave Yudoff



Commercial Operations Leader

Dave Yudoff is Kroll’s commercial operations leader and is responsible for building and managing global programs that drive collaboration and accelerate organic revenue growth. He joined the firm in 2004 as part of the Dispute Consulting practice and later served as a project leader on the Technology and Marketing teams before transitioning to his current role in 2019.

Based in the firm’s Morristown office, Dave regularly partners with other Kroll infrastructure leaders to achieve outcomes that facilitate process improvement as well as revenue generation, and he oversees a versatile support team that assists client-facing colleagues in their business development efforts. Recent project highlights include evolving the firm’s cross-referral award program, creating an online learning environment focused on commercial success, and upgrading the firm’s CRM system with an emphasis on user experience.

In his prior role as Director of Marketing Operations, Dave managed various institutional programs and processes while contributing significantly to the organization and communication of firmwide initiatives, including the launch of the Kroll Charitable Foundation. Earlier, he served as the business leader of the firm’s first global CRM deployment and maintained ownership of CRM business aspects as the firm shifted to a new platform in line with its overall expansion.

Dave has substantial experience in project management, strategic planning, workflow assessment, data analysis, executive messaging, pipeline reporting, dashboard design and acquisition integration among many other areas of concentration throughout his time at Kroll.
