Christine’s experience includes assisting companies with valuation of businesses and intangible assets across a broad spectrum of industries, including industrial products, aerospace and defense, telecom, magazine and print, consumer products and health care. She has valued common stock, stock options, and intangible assets, such as customer relationships, patents and technical know-how, trademarks and trade names, noncompete agreements, assembled workforces, in-process research and development, and other forms of intellectual property.
Christine’s financial reporting valuation experience involves numerous engagements to assist corporate clients with the application of Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Topics 805, ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718, ASC 852, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 3. These standards primarily focus on financial and tax reporting requirements related to acquisitions, divestitures, fresh-start reorganizations, tax restructuring, impairment testing, and employee compensation plans.
Christine holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from Georgetown University.
