Chris oversees Kroll’s talent acquisition strategies, operations, and delivery across all Kroll service lines and geographies, helping Kroll scale and succeed. He is responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing and attraction plans to hire high-quality and high-performing talent in the market – from early careers to experienced hires.
He has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having led executive recruitment at Kroll across EMEA and APAC, and Corporate Finance and Valuations recruitment globally. Chris joined Kroll in 2019 and previously held roles both in-house and in executive search, including nearly 10 years with Ernst & Young (EY) UK.
