Cassandra has over 12 years of experience in corporate insolvency, litigation support, forensic investigation and corporate restructuring across a broad range of industries including construction, shipping, trading, and oil and gas.
Cassandra has managed some of Singapore’s largest corporate insolvencies and restructuring, including the judicial management and liquidation of Hyflux Ltd, a Singapore-listed water and energy conglomerate with over USD 2.24 billion of outstanding debt; as well as the restructuring of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd, a PRC state-owned enterprise with a debt value of over USD 550 million.
Prior to joining Kroll, Cassandra worked at a Big Four firm, where she was involved in both voluntary and compulsory liquidations, restructuring, receivership and judicial management of public-listed companies and small-and medium-sized enterprises.
Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce from the University of Western Australia. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
